On receiving a distress call from a dedicated local community volunteer, Rotary Club Roopnagar was informed about a young girl from an underprivileged family in urgent need of sight-saving eye surgery scheduled for 12th August 2025. The . Unfortunately, the surgery cost was ₹35,000 childs family was ineligible for government medical aid due to the absence of valid identity documents (Aadhaar Card / Ration Card). In response, the Rotary Club of Roopnagar Trust promptly sanctioned assistance. A cheque for ₹35,000 was personally handed over to the childs parents to ensure the surgery was carried out without delay.
