Rotary Club Roopnagar carried out limestone sprinkling over garbage piles at various city sites due to a strike by municipal committee workers. Because of this strike, garbage accumulated in many areas, prompting the club to intervene with limestone treatment to help manage the situation temporarily. This community action was part of the club’s effort to address sanitation challenges during the municipal workers’ strike.
