The Rotary Club Roopnagar Copilots organised Eco stich Empowerment - Bedsheets to Bags, a unique initiative focused on sustainability, women empowerment and community welfare.The project aimed to recycle old bed sheets into Eco bags ( More than hundred) which were distributed among daily wage labourers at Labour chowk on 28 Sep 2025. This project guides to reduce waste, discourages use of polythene and provides new vocational skill to underprivileged girls This initiative stands as a model of how small actions can make a big difference in society The project was a combined effort of AG partner Amisha, secretary partner Avni,PE Gagan Saini ,Rtn Kiran Walia, Copilots Sangeeta Sood and Sneh lata,led by President Partner Vandana Sharma Special thanks to mothers of President Sudhir Sharma and Past President Amar Raj Saini for stitching almost 50 bags
